I just allowed whatever energy wanted to come through as I made this bowl . I've noticed there has been dragons wanting to make an appearance.

I use some for specific meditative purposes. I create my sacred space a little shrine or alter set up to serve as a mediation tool. Sometimes I just add what feels right, in the moment, little crystals, candles, incense and shiny objects that caught my attention. Much like making sand mandalas. The creation of your sacred space is a meditative and calming process. When I’m finished sometimes, I write down positive affirmations onto bay leaves and leave them in the bowls. To pick from another day if I need a personal motivational boost.
